Oscar season again, and we are thrilled to wait for the best-dressed list of this year 2017. This week at HitzLuxury, we are looking at the glamorous Oscar nominee actors for their best suits on the carpet.
Tom Ford has been an undisputed choice for a red-carpet tuxedo. The American designer brand is known for their precise details, sharp tailoring, and immaculate silhouettes.

Givenchy Haute Couture
The French house claims to be the progressive luxury brand for their futuristic interpretation of fashion. They always added a twist to the classic evening look to embrace the brand ethos. As in Oscar 2014, Michael B Jordan wore a Givenchy Haute Couture suit with satin and silver details.
Alexander McQueen has been a steady brand for the glamorous Oscar actresses. It is also notable that the brand has a loyal support from the talented actor, Eddie Redmayne. For three years in a row, he wore Alexander McQueen for the red carpet, all great choices.
Our favorite is Oscar 2015 when Eddie Redmayne wore a midnight blue suit with black lapels. The choice was bold as compared the common solid black theme of the carpet. The blue color was lucky enough that he won an Oscar that night.
Leonardo di Caprio has changed so many girlfriends for the last few years, we can hardly keep track. However, Leo has stayed loyal with Giorgio Armani Made to Measure suit to walk the Oscar red carpet for several Oscars.
Giorgio Armani has done an excellent job to keep Leonardo look impeccable. A good suit always makes you look dazzling.
We love how Gucci always chooses to bring out the personality of the stars wearing their suits for the carpet. For some, a Gucci suit is a classic black tuxedo with impeccable form. For someone with a daring personality like Jared Leto, it gotta be different. The red and black suit he wore to Oscar 2016 was much talked about until after the event. The red silk flower was a top-notch accessory and reflected Gucci’s spirit of the 70s for that season.
The Italian luxury brand of suits does not maintain a consistent presence at the red carpet but when they do, they do it differently. Neil was the host for Oscar 2015.
Neil Patrick Harris proved that with Bruno Cucinelli, you do not really need an evening color for the red carpet. The gray suit was an outstanding choice. Bravo! Bruno.
